Why this Blog?

To be honest.... Not really sure why.

Gave it some thought and decided to start writing some ideas and suggestions I've been giving to people that crossed my professional career.

Am working as a Manager for a Technical Support Team for quite a few years and have decided to go down this path not really by choice but due to opportunities that came up.

As I was starting this path, I noticed that things were coming natural. After all this is just like a normal day in everyone's life except for the fact that we set different goals. Professional goals, the so called Targets.

Is funny that as I am writing this, am having a mixed feeling of "Why are you doing this? No one cares about this." and "This can be fun. I wonder what people will comment and what ideas can we exchange here". So yeah.... Let's go with this and let's see what happens Hope everyone enjoys this as much as I plan on enjoying.
